On performance nights [but excluding TheatreSports performances] from December 15, 2011 to March 04, 2012 the meals available at KBT will be picnic hampers.  In March 2012, new caterers will take over at KBT and 3 course meals will be available.  Menu details will be posted nearer the time.

HAMPERS COMPRISE :

Sandi’s Theatre Gourmet picnic basket : 

Freshly baked mini loaf/ baguette,  Brinjal pate, Humus pate, Marinated Mediterranean mix, Bombay potato salad lightly curried with turmeric and coriander,  Trio of cold meats,  Trio of cheese served with savoury biscuits and preserve,  Slice of lemon loaf topped with cream cheese and a chocolate.

Sandi’s Theatre Gourmet picnic basket (vegetarian option) :

as above but exclude “trio of cold meats” and replace with “Dolmades stuffed with feta cheese”
